Why doesn't optimus bring ironhide back to life with the matrix?

Optimus pime doesn't bring back Ironhide with the matrix because he can't. when Ironhide died he gets shot by a bullet with acid and his body fell apart.

But one of the older transformers gives optimus his parts and optimus kills the fallen and defeats megatron and starscream
