Because the anime is stupid and is nothing like the manga.. simple as that. (The book is AMAZING though)
Anime : The senshi are introduced in the following order: Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Chibiusa, Pluto, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus. They may not join her in this order, but for the sake of argument, this will do.
In both the anime and the manga, the sixth Sailor Senshi to appear is Sailor Pluto. In the anime, she first appears in in episode 75 (episode 68 in the English dub). In the manga, she appears in Act 18: Time Warp - Sailor Pluto.
The most popular Sailor Senshi [Scout] depends on when the poll was conducted and where. For example, polls conducted during Sailor Moon's first run in Japan showed Sailor Mercury/Ami Mizuno as the most popular Sailor Senshi, but as additional Senshi were introduced, positions in the poll changed. Many times, the popularity poll results were shown in a color pull-out poster featured in the magazines or tankoubon in which Sailor Moon was run; these posters can also be found in many of the Sailor Moon art books.
The first time the Sailor Scouts (Senshi) appear in their formal princess gowns in the Sailor Moon manga is when Sailor Moon gains her Eternal transformation ability, at the end of the fourth Sailor Moon manga arc, "Dream." It is Act 48, Dream 10: Princess Dream.
there the planets and the people Sailors: Planets: Sailors Saturn Saturn Sailor Mars Mars Sailor Pluto Pluto Sailors Jupiter Jupiter Sailor Moon Moon Sailor Neptune Neptune Sailors Uranus Uranus Sailors Venus Venus Sailor Mercury Mercury Also, there are other Senshi that are not associated with the planets, like the Starlights (Sailor Star healer, Sailor Star Fighter, and Sailor Star maker) and those under the control of the villain in SMStars named Sailor Galaxia. Those Senshi are Sailor iron Mouse, Sailor Aluminum Seiren, Sailor Lead Crow, Sailor Tin Nyanko... There are more in the manga, but I won't tell you all of them. I do know that of course, the protagonist Sailor Moon is soldier of the moon, and Sailor Chibimoon (or in the English dub, Sailor Minimoon) is the younger version. Isn't there a Sailor Chibi Chibi/ Chibi Chibi Moon in Stars? I can't remember if she's a Sailor Senshi in the anime, but in the manga, I'm sure of it.

No. Sailor Luna only appears in the live-action series. Although, in the anime and manga, Luna is turned human, but is not a senshi. And she is much older than the human Luna in the live-action series.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sailor_Senshi#Uniform_and_power-ups has a diagram of the Senshi uniform and the powerups changes for sailor moon and the inner senshi

No, the Sailor Senshi (Scouts) from Sailor Moon do not exist in real life. But cos-playing as your favorite senshi is always fun. ;)

No, Sailor Moon is a 90's anime.
It is your fate, from the Silver Moon Kingdom.
The youngest Sailor Senshi [Scout] ever depicted in the Sailor Moon anime or manga is Sailor Chibi Moon [Sailor Mini Moon], but in the final manga arc, she is shown "inheriting" her own team, the Sailor Quartet. These are the same four girls that were the villains in the SuperS/Dream arc, the Amazon Quartet. VesVes became Sailor Vesta, JunJun became Sailor Juno, PallaPalla became Sailor Pallas, and CereCere became Sailor Ceres. However, Sailor Chibi Chibi is also considered a proper Sailor Senshi, and she is even younger than all of them. However, Chibi Chibi is actually the Star Seed of Sailor Galaxia (in the anime), and a form of Sailor Cosmos (in the manga), considered to be a future form of some sort of Sailor Moon.
