They didn't air the last season which was Sailor Stars because of over PG rated matieral, and also because of that Cloverway opted to not dub into English and therefore the series was canceled.
Im not really sure I do think it is because it is maybe targeted at older audiences. The way it has been portrayed in previous series has been for yuonger childern. In the 5th series there are some scenes or themes not suited for that audience (e.g the love betweem Amara and Michelle= Homosexuality)
Hope this helps
:D

Though, it has been dubbed into at least 23 different languages.
The USA never renewed their viewing rights for the show so they were not able to transfer it to English.

If you are in the USA, you are not seeing repeats of Sailor Moon because no US companies have any Licenses to show the series. If you are in another country, the same reason is likely

No. But I wish it was! Especially the 5th season they never brought over to the US. There are so many rumors why it ended in the US, why the 5th season was never brought here, but no one really knows. Thought I should tell who ever is reading who knows nothing about the REAL and GOOD version, the Japanese version!
