If you could elaborate a little more, We could answer this question.But since it's listed under Pokemon Diamond Pearl and Platinum, I'll say this;
It might be the wrong kind of WiFi for your DS. If you have a standard DS or DS Lite, WP2 sources won't work. You'd need an open source, like one from a coffee shop or your local McDonalds.

∙ 14y agoThere are 3 possible problems. If you're computer's DS wifi is locked, you will have to unlock it. If you're not setting up your wi-fi settings (just going into the GTS or other wi-fi places), you will have to set it up first. Wi-fi also doesn't work if you're using a GameShark or action replay.

∙ 13y agoits not the wifi its your internet problems because i thought the same thing until i figured it out hook up the internet on your ps3 and make sure its good then make sure the rowder or modem at your house has a green light on internet and enjoy online oh heres a tip. it sucks how you have to psy 100 bucks for wifi on xbox 360

∙ 13y agoIt may be because you are either too far from the router (or ironically) too close to it.
Try pressing the reset your router, since most routers have a tiny reset button on the bottom in case the router freezes up.
You could also try increasing the router's signal strength in its settings through your computer. A weak signal means you cannot easily connect to it.

It is to do with your wifi settings. You have two options. 1: Change them. just go to Nintendo website to see how 2: buy a Nintendo Wifi Usb Connector.
