As long as Korra doesn't die in the Avatar state, then yes. The cycle is Water, Earth, Fire and Air, so when she dies, someone in the Earth Kingdom will be the next Avatar. The real question is whether or not the creators will animate the story about the next Avatar after Korra.

The show did not get canceled, it simply ended. The creators did not want to make a run on series that eventually got boring, and drop views and ratings. Instead, they ended the series with pride, having the last view episodes the most viewed cartoons Nickelodeon has ever had. There is going to be a spin-off series coming this November called Avatar: The Legend of Korra and 3 live-action movies (1 already out) coming soon.
