I always thought they would, but that wasn't how things turned out. According to JK Rowling, Neville went on to marry Hannah Abbot. Luna turned out marrying Rolf Scamander.

∙ 9y agoIn the books, there is no romantic attraction between Luna and Neville ever mentioned. Luna marries Rolf Scamander, while Neville marries Hannah Abbott.
Towards the end of the 8th film, however, Neville claims he has feelings for Luna. The filmmakers have suggested they had a 'summer fling' after the events of the war.
