Catch a Rayquaza or Kyogre (or have a really strong Pokemon) and teach it surf. 3a. If you have not battled the interviewers yet, go to Lavaridge Town, and go to the right as much as you can. Now go down. You should see a pair of people to your right. Fight them. 3b. If you have battled them just once, then fly to Mauville City, go to the right, and surf. It is impossible to miss them. 3c. If you have battled them just two times, Fly to Fortree City, and go to the right as much as you can. Again, it is almost impossible to miss them. 3d. If you have battled them three times, go back to the place stated in 3a and then go to 3b, 3c, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3a, 3b, 3c, etc... 4. Have the strong Pokemon with surf and the Pokemon you want to train in the first two slots. Since it is a double battle, Surf will hit both Pokemon and hopefully only one hit to knock them out. Their strongest Pokemon are Magneton Lv. 39 and Exploud Lv. 39. if you have the exp share attached to the Pokemon you want to train, Magneton will give about 1010 exp, and Exploud gives about 1200 exp.
