If I understand the question correctly, if about 3 quarters are green, then that would mean that green is expressed by both homozygous and heterozygous alleles.

71 of 100 would have a q and either a q or p.

Of the 71 organisms, more or less 25 (give or take) will be qq, and 50 (give or take) will be qp.
