If I'm not mistaken the Law of Use and Disuse was disproved by August Weisman (scientist) several years after the death of Darwin (late 1800's). Weisman thought that if the law of use and disuse was true, he could prove it by cutting off the tails of mice for 20 generations in a row. No matter how many mice he cut the tail off of, the babies were born with a tail. His experiment proved that the law of use and disuse was false.
In Greek, it means "a tail." 'an priv. + o'yra` a tail.
Maybe not as of now but in the future they will have a way to do so. Or grow them using animal DNA. You can't originally connect a tail to a human cause the human DNA will reject the tail from the body. DNA must be added to correct the strands.
A dog wags its tail and the tail wags the dog.
Some examples of designer babies are parents using genetic engineering to improve the outcomes of their babies births or to save their lives from otherwise life threatening genetic disorders.
