I think that it limits what a scientist can study b/c it does cannot talk or explain its past which makes it unfair for the scientist although we do know about some of its past we would love to learn more.It can farther limit by not showing a reaction or a difference. We have to always look precisely and thoroghly. The scientific method helps us come up with solutions to our every day lives.

Every scientist uses the scienticific method so that every scientist gets the same results.
Scientific Method is the key here . The main components of the Scientific method are 1. Observation 2. Gathering information 3. Making Hypothesis ( Hypothesis means making statement that is testable with experiment) 4. Experimentation 5. Prediction If Experiment results agreed with our Hypothesis , then our Hypothesis become the theory . If the same results are repeated by no of persons for a long period of time , Theory become law. Scientists use this method in every aspect of their work
No, the steps of the scientific method are not always used in the same order. While the typical sequence includes observation, hypothesis formulation, experimentation, and conclusion, scientists may revisit and revise their hypotheses or experiments based on new findings. The process is often iterative, allowing for flexibility and adaptation as new data emerges. This dynamic approach helps refine understanding and improve the scientific inquiry.

That is true. Science tries to make sense of what is observed, to explain the universe in which we live. Until you make an observation, there is nothing to explain.

yes they should be its important.
The steps in the scientific method are not exactly the same in every investigation because the process can be adapted based on the nature of the research, the specific questions being asked, and the field of study. While the core components—such as observation, hypothesis formulation, experimentation, and conclusion—remain consistent, the order and emphasis on certain steps may vary. This flexibility allows researchers to tailor their approach to different circumstances and complexities of the problems they are investigating.
The best description of a scientific theory is the last one that you offered, that it is well tested and it explains a wide range of observation.
