In the movie Labyrinth David Bowie used a ball to move about his hands and arms in similar way. It took him months of practice and several retake shots edited in to get it to do those same illusionary tricks as seen on the fushigi magic gravity ball commercial. With practice at balancing, the use of any similar size ball will do the trick at performing the same tricks as seen on TV. There is nothing gyroscopic moving inside the fushigi ball. It has more to do with weight, density and momentum of massive objects, as it is easier to balance a metal rod on one's finger than it is to balance a styrofoam rod of equivalent size.
Actually, its just contact juggling, a form of juggling where the ball doesn't leave contact wit your body, but you manipulate it to appear as if the ball stays in one spot. though it looks easy on TV, it takes a lot of practice to to accomplish anything really cool.
To correct this answer.......David Bowie did not do the juggling scenes in this movie. All of the actually hand work was performed by Michael Moschen. He Performed these scenes from beneath a cloak while behind Bowie's back with his arms extended around him, which makes it even more amazing. He couldn't even see what he was doing.

You can get a Fushigi™ wet, but not a lot. If you get the Fushigi™ wet, then quickly dry it, because the water or whatever got it wet could damage it.
Fushigi is a ball that is light weight. So with that being said fushigi is so light it floats like a feather. *new person* FUSHIGI IS NOT LIGHT except for the mini balls, if you get one and drop it you actually hear a loud THUD, Fushigi actually is an illusion, you can make it look as if it moves, when actually you move, you could actually do this with any ball, but Fushigi has no marks to tell if its moving or not. it does take a lot of practice.
you can only get fushigi online, or maybe at the as seen on TV store
