Qualitative data is generally considered to be subjective...depending on the perspectives and opinions of the researchers or people involved in the dissemination of the information. Mainly testimonials and opinions fall into this category...not fact based, but could be "true" to someone depending on the degree of proof they require to become "believers" and whether one considers a belief to be a truth at all.
Quantitative data is something that can be measured and analyzed mathematically. Scientists require this type of proof to be convinced...and they typically deliver their data with degrees of significance. Results must be reproducible to gain scientific acceptance. The double blind controlled study is required for proving to the government (FDA) in the USA that a medication is both safe and effective.
Quantitative observations refer to empirical and/or calculated data, while the latter refer to things such as colour and smell.
Quantitive observations are facts like "the shirt is red" and qualitive observations are opinions like " that shirt is cool"
it means the data is different; the data varies.
different kind experiment data present bar graph
Characteristics that cannot be easily measured or counted are known as qualitative properties.
Qualitive data
Data that can be expressed by numbers, for example 35% or 0.23 or a quarter. The opposite is qualitive data and this would be opinions.
It is qualitative (not qualitive!).
Please provide the specific details or questions related to the survey for me to assist you effectively with the data analysis or interpretation.
Quantitve observation (quality)... Qualitive observation involves the quality... THANKS MR. ENDRIS 2011LJHS

Poooooooooooooooooooooooo
Quantitive observations are facts like "the shirt is red" and qualitive observations are opinions like " that shirt is cool"
An example of qualitative data is; This is a very big (insert object here) or, for quantitave data, This (insert object here) is as long as (insert exact length here) or, This (insert object) weighs (insert exact number of pounds, ounces, etc.) I hope that helps!

Quantitative, if you're counting the numbers of males and females for any survey or question. It is qualitive if you are using it in the context "Jim is a male." That doesn't tell you how many. Instead it tells you what.
A quantitative observation involves measuring or counting a characteristic using numerical data, such as weight or temperature. A qualitative observation involves describing a characteristic based on its quality or appearance, without using numerical data, such as color or texture.
