Since seconds measure time, and a meter is a measure of distance, one could say that a given distance one meter long will last an infinite number of minutes. However, what happens in that meter during eternity will likely involve a whole lot of change!

∙ 14y agoYou don't convert between meters and seconds. Those two are used to measure quite different things.
The meter is a unit of distance/length while the second is a unit of time.
Depending on the velocity of the swimmer, you can find out just how many meters they can swim in a second. distance = rate/time
