That's a fairly pointless question, as the resistance offered by stationary bikes (usually) isn't calibrated.
The bike isn't going anywhere, at any speed anyhow.
For general fitness purposes you're better off looking at time and intensity. 45 minutes spent at an effort level where talking begins to get difficult is a decent workout.
If you really feel the urge to guesstimate, the average speed of casual riding is often considered as 10 mph. So if you haven't broken a sweat or gotten winded, your 45 minutes on the trainer might be about 7.5 miles.
If you think you've done better than "casual", feel free to add your own guess WRT mileage reached.
1 mile bike riding = 1 mile walked. Both are equivalent to 5,280 feet, 1,760 yards, or 1,609.344 meters.
Dividing distance travelled by speed gives 12.5/2.5 = 5 hours.
At least 4.5 miles per hour.
If you average 60 miles per hour for the entire distance your driving time would be about 16 hours and 18 minutes.
If you're comparing calorie count, look at time and intensity instead of miles. For me, a 10 mile ride would equal about a 4 mile run in time and effort.
depends on how fast you peddle
