To improve this answer I would have to reiterate once again that RACE does exist according to the Federal government on National Statisics. How do you think the censuses bureau comes up with statisics on how many hispanics, blacks, whites and other races are living in a particular areas? Secondly, according to the National Center of Health Statisics in 1989, the RACE of the Mother can now be used for identifying the race of the child.
