They are trying to find a gene in certain peoplr with unique qualities(never growing,growing too tall, being a dwarf, being a savant)to maybe somebody insert that gene inyo somebody that might need it. For example, if somebody was a dwarf,maybe in the future they could insert a normal persons gene for the pituitary gland(gland responsible for growth) they may grow to be normal size.
