A theory is not just a hypothesis that has been proven true.
1) A hypothesis in science is merely a conjecture put forth to provide a basis for further debate and to conceive research and experiments. It is a working guess, not an untested theory.
2) A theory is a comprehensive set of explanations for known phenomena. It must make testable predictions that can be confirmed or reputed.
3) When you make explanations without testable predictions, it is called philosophy. To sneer "That is just a theory" is to misunderstand just how much effort goes into producing a testable theory.
So the answer is No.
A theory isn't something that has been proven it is something that seem a good supposition. If it prooven it's a law.
No. A law is.
a theory.
A common theory is a theory which has not been proven or a theory without evidence.
Fact
A theory is an educated and best guess. It is not an opinion. It hasn't been proven (or disproved) yet but can be with addition information. Once proven it will be come a law.
Well yeah. Its called a theory because it wasn't proven right yet. Once proven right, its called a fact.
No it would be a theorem if it was proven.
A Theory is unproven, but Laws are proven. Theory becomes law after that theory is proven correct.
A scientific theory
It can change if it is proven wrong, or if a new theory is proven more likely to be true.
albert einstiens theory was proven. his theory was the suns light bending over the moon.
This theory has proven the existence of God
a theory.

albert einstiens theory was proven. his theory was the suns light bending over the moon.
Not at all. That it hasn't been proven is what makes it a theory. Once proven, it becomes a law.
I believe in Qur'anic/Biblical Theory because it can easily be proven... while scientific theory has many flaws and cannot be proven...
