that would depend on your definition of "grow best" different colours affect the plants hormonal balance creating different growth patterns. sore are good for farming while others for a home plant ect...
Well, if they knew about how lighting effects the growth of plants (the color of the lighting), and how the climate effects the plants too, they could make a hypothesis based on that data to figure out the best conditions for a house plant to be in. Most likely in a controlled environment.
White
That is purely a matter of opinion
The name of a color, or its hue, is the most basic form of describing color. The Pantone color matching system is the best to use to find a specific color, i.e. your idea of turquoise. With computers a numerical readout can be used to describe a color.

Red color of light
The best storage temperature for cellophane bags full of food is between 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit. It is best when the food is kept in its original cellophane housing and away from direct contact with sunlight or anything that produces heat.
green
buh
sunlight
Yes, the color of the light will effect how the plant grows. If you put sa plants under a U.V light and the light color is red the plants will grow better than the U. V lgith color that is black.
Some types of plants, known as vascular plants, have a system of vessels like circulatoy systems
Cellophane bags do not really have brands but Factory direct crafts has some great ones. Otherwise look at a local craft store.
Beat quality of gerbera plants are produced by tissue culture. These plants are uniform in flower color and foliage and give a good look to the viewer.
Blue is the best. Red is the second best. The Sun is the ultimate best because it has the whole rainbow in it.
Photosynthesis is best in red light and very poor in green light. Chlorophylls absorb the red light and carotenoids absorb blue-green light, but green light is not effectively absorbed by photosynthetic pigments in plants; therefore, light of this color is either reflected by leaves or passes through the leaves. This is why plants are green. Red light is the most effective in photosynthesis because it has exactly the right amount of energy to energize, or excite chlorophyll electrons and boost them out of their orbits to a higher energy level. Actually red light does not help plants grow faster it is blue light. I did an experiment covering plants with: Clear cellophane, Blue cellophane, Red cellophane and green cellophane and the red was the third slowest and the blue one was the fastest. Red light IS best for photosynthesis, which is responsible for making glucose for your plant to make energy. While Blue light is best for plant GROWTH. Green Light is just worthless except for making our plants green looking.
Any color you want as long as it has UV-reactive pigments.
