Mitochondria: Glycolosis, The Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain complete cellular respiration
Chloroplast: Photosynthesis takes place in the Stroma and the electron transport chain.
What do you like ? List 2 things or activities or anything logical
1.) Mitochondria and plastids are relatively the same size as bacteria 2.) Mitochondria and plastids have nucleiod DNA molecules - just like bacteria. 3.) Mitochondria and plastids reproduce the same way as bacteria - binary fission.

The main two characteristics of living things are: -The ability to grow -A consistency of cells
There many things coming out.Mainly CO2 and ATP are given out.
Mitochondria! Remember this: The mitochondria is like a powerhouse of the cell. It makes and provides ATP that provides energy. This organelle is very important. If not anything else about mitochondria, at least always remember that it makes energy
The three cell organelles that have double membranes are: 1. Nucleus 2. Mitochondria 3. Chloroplast
Nucleus and Mitochondria. all the orgenelles are: vacuole, nucleus, nucleolus, Golgi body, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome, chromatin, nuclear envelope, cell membrane, mitochondria, cytoplasm,and lysosomes for an animal cell, What you mean by surrounded by 2 membranes idk
The four stages are : 1) Glycolysis 2) Formation of acetyle CoA (in the mitochondria) 3) Citric acid cycle (in mitochondria) 4) Electron transport and chemiosmosis (in mitochondria)
Chloroplasts in plant cells and mitochondria in animal cells contain their own mitochondria
yes both chloroplasts and mitochondria are both enclosed by two envelope membrains.
There is a balanced equation for glycolysis occurring in the mitochondria. The equation is glucose + 2ADP 2 + 2Pi + 2NAD --> 2ATP + 2NADH + 2 pyruvate.
1)Mitochondria occur in the cells of aerobic organisms with the exception of mammalian RBCs while Chloroplasts occur in the cells of green photosynthetic parts of plants. 2)Mitochondria is colourless while Chloroplasts is green in colour. 3) Mitochondria's shape is rod-like or sausage-shaped while Chloroplasts are generally disc-like in outline. 4) Mitochondria liberate energy while Chloroplasts trap solar energy and convert it into chemical energy. 5) Mitochondria perform oxidation of food while Chloroplasts synthesize food by photosynthesis. 6) Mitochondria consumes O2 and liberate CO2 while Chloroplasts consumes CO2 and liberate O2.
For Eukaryotes the electron transport chain occurs in the Inner Membrane of a mitochondria. (mitochondria has 2 membranes both outer and inner) For Prokaryotes, it occurs in the plasma membrane as prokaryotes do not have mitochondria.
the host cell must provide protection that is shelter to the mitochondria form external harsh environmental conditions and must provide it the external precursors required to start the synthesis of its own ATP that is pyruvate in case of many eukaryotic cells.
