What is the land scape of Mars like?

Mars has lots of dessert , i don't mean the kind that you get in cafe's although chocolate ice cream is real nice. Mars has lots of crates ,volcanos,ice caps and maybe some small oceans. You can count on this answer because we have learnt about this in school and my teacher is a very brainy woman. although if you don't like this answer then look in a book and it will give you the same answer. when i typed that sentence i did not mean it in a rude or mean way so don't take it the wrong way.
