Properties of an ideal gas:
1) volume is negligible as molecules are far apart.
2) all collisions between molecules are perfectly elastic, meaning that all energy is conserved.
3) there are no attractions between the different gas particles
4) ideal gas obeys the law PV=nRT where n is the number of moles.
*most gasses conform to ideal gas properties, except at low temperatures and high pressures

A gas is a fluid substance, meaning that its particles generally move around freely. Unlike a liquid, however, a gas is not limited by volume. For example, a gas will expand to fill the shape of it's container, regardless of how large or small, while a liquid, though also fluid, will only fill the container to the extent of its own volume.

Magma needs a some sort of level of silica and gas.
Helium is an inert gas. It has 2 electons.it is non reactive.
