What are the Advantages and disadvantages of cleaning?

People won't think you're a slob if you keep your home clean. Dust and dirt causes health problems over time. Dirty homes are subject to worse things like mold that can create even bigger house problems down the road. For your home and your health. Who wants to go into a smelly, dirty home? Would you expect to keep company or have anyone come over a 2nd time around?

And really here, how would there be any disadvantages? You can only benefit from being clean, you can't go downhill.

I will NEVER forget one time when I was a teenager, I went with a friend to pick up another friend. We could smell cat pee from OUTSIDE the home. We walked inside for 2 minutes and when we left, the smell came with us into my car.

Is that the kind of impression people LIKE to make onto others?
