You could plant some seeds (peas, beans) in a beaker, but so that they can be seen through the beaker wall. Plant some each different way up. Use the results to show whether gravity affects the way plants grow.
[You might wish to shield the seeds from the daylight for most of the time, exposing them to direct light only when showing them.]
