the answer is scientific law.
If all conditions are the same, then the same results will occur. (Objective reality is deterministic.) If a scientific theory predicts a certain result but it does not occur always, then the theory is incomplete or incorrect (or both).
most of the time because it depends on what the scientist is studying
I think that it limits what a scientist can study b/c it does cannot talk or explain its past which makes it unfair for the scientist although we do know about some of its past we would love to learn more.It can farther limit by not showing a reaction or a difference. We have to always look precisely and thoroghly. John Dalton became a scientist because as once told , he was always interested in gayness :)
he always asked questions
If all conditions are the same, then the same results will occur. (Objective reality is deterministic.) If a scientific theory predicts a certain result but it does not occur always, then the theory is incomplete or incorrect (or both).
Not always, but certain conditions such as polycycstic ovarian can cause difficulties in becoming pregnant.
Because of the basic rule of the scientific process. A scientist's findings must be repeatable by others in similar conditions to dispel any belief that results were not due to the scientist's error, fancy, motives, etc.
think. and at sometime they work.
Georgia did not always observe daylight saving time.
most of the time because it depends on what the scientist is studying
"This holds true" is always used in sentences like "this holds true if certain conditions are met" and it then means 'this is true, provided....'

what moved him to become a scientist was that when he was little he would always be in the garage tinkering with his dads tools. what moved him to become a scientist was that when he was little he would always be in the garage tinkering with his dads tools.
In our local university hospital, a scientist is nearly always a scholar with an advanced degree, while a tech may have experience, or a special certification for that particular work, and is always an assistant to the scientist.
Because they were always curious about things... :))
