This question is simply too general, but i'll give you the definition and an example of the geological evidence of Pangaea.

Definition: evidence that geologically prove the existant of such theory inrelation to being of the past (on most occaisions)

A geological example of evidence of the existant of Pangaea is how there are coal mines in Antarctica. Coal mines only form near the equator, therefore proving that continental shift was involved and that there was once a "Pangaea".

Abundant fossil evidence did not appear in the geologic record until about?

The abundant fossil evidence appeared in the geologic record around 541 million years ago during the Cambrian period when complex organisms started to evolve. This sudden appearance of diverse life forms is known as the Cambrian explosion.

How does scientific evidence support the theory of geologic evolution?

I am a geologist and I know of no theory of "geologic evolution". "Evolution" as defined by Darwin describes the origin of species based on the survival of the fittest. This certainly can not be applied to geological processes, although life is integral to geology.
