The total amount of energy is the mass of the matter multiplied by the speed of light, then multiplied by the speed of light again. This gives the formula e =mc2
In fact the concept of 'massive' particles as lumps of 'stuff' is simplistic. "There is no energy without motion" Einstein said, so mass can only be motion, something akin to the 'wave bundle' corpuscle of light called the photon (which he got his Nobel Prize for 'finding'). The oscillation contains the energy just like in a gyroscope, the energy of momentum, and we can read the rate of oscillation by spectroscopy.
So the form of the energy stored is oscillatory.
The energy stored in matter is in form of chemical energy . Energy is neither created nor destroyed, it transforms from one form to another.
Chemical energy.
i think that as an advanced 12 year old , who has an phd in advanced chemistry and all that . also the first 10 year old to gradute in all of the world .................................more.
Binding energy. and some is even stored in particles, such as the neutron which has a half-life of about ten minutes before it disintegrates with the release of energy.
phosphorescence
energy
Energy and matter are the complete contents of our Universe. Matter is any particles that have a rest mass. Energy includes matter, as rest mass is just a particular type of energy. Energy is the potential to do work.
Temperature is the average energy of random motion of particles of matter :). Hope that helps
chemical energy
Chemical energy is energy stored in particles of matter, so you can draw like a cup with water and in the particle just label it chemcal energy.
transfer energy by vibrating particles of matter
"phosphorescence"Scattering is the release of light energy by particles of matter that have absorbed energy. The transfer of energy carried by light waves to particles of matter is absorption.
The particles will vibrate faster
The energy will increase and the particles will speed up.
When thermal energy is added to particles of matter, it causes the particles to move faster and emit more energy.
I would say non-relativistic total energy. The energy related to motion is kinetic energy; The stored energy in the particles is potential energy.
