the symbiotic relationship between state and the citizen is that both are interdependent to each other of their existence. In political law a state cannot exist without the citizen. thus, a state is composed primarily by its citizen. in taxation, a state would not survive without the tax paid by the citizen. therefore, both has a reciprocal relationship. for government to provide, security to the public at large by means of the armed forces; police and alike;building of roads and bridges for easy access of business and trades, taxes have to be collected as a means.
