what is the relationship between living organisms in the aqatic environment
The living part is biotic and the non-living part is called abiotic.

Abiotic is any nonbiological part of the environment such as sunlight, wind, and temperature,water,oxygen Abiotic refers to the physical rather than the biological. Usually not derived from the living organisms.
The term for this is cultural adaptation, where individuals use their cultural knowledge and skills to adapt to and navigate different environments.
Technology is the application of the knowledge obtained through science by which humans influence their environment through the development and use of tools and to improve their standard of living.
In all my undergraduate and graduate years of psychology, I do not recall ever seeing any specific terms used with sufficient frequency to warrant it being considered as a de facto or common/standard term for the idea you are expressing. I think depending on the context of what you are writing there are a number of possible phrases, but I am unware of there being, at least in English, a precise and set term. I would use, cultural expertise or possibly cultural capital. Socially adept is another possibility. There really could be many.
