In all my undergraduate and graduate years of psychology, I do not recall ever seeing any specific terms used with sufficient frequency to warrant it being considered as a de facto or common/standard term for the idea you are expressing.
I think depending on the context of what you are writing there are a number of possible phrases, but I am unware of there being, at least in English, a precise and set term.
I would use, cultural expertise or possibly cultural capital. Socially adept is another possibility.

The term traditionalism can mean a couple of different things. The first being upholding the traditions of a culture and people. The second is a theory where divine knowledge is passed on by a culture's people.

Yes and no. We grow up in a culture and often say and do things without realizing it because it is taught to us through the culture. It takes a conscientious effort to change these things or you can move. Living in another culture can change your views, but there will always a small bit of the culture you grew up in there.

Culture mainly depends on human knowledge, their behavior and belief. it is actually based on social learning. But as much as civilization is concerned, it is much of a scientific term and includes the entire living systems of a particular region. to be precise civilization is the technological part of human knowledge whereas culture is related to social adaptations and behavior.
