The theory of relativity, proposed by Albert Einstein in the early 20th century, consists of two main parts: the special theory of relativity and the general theory of relativity. The special theory of relativity deals with the relationship between space and time, suggesting that they are intertwined in what is known as spacetime. The general theory of relativity extends this to include the effect of gravity on spacetime, providing a new understanding of how massive objects interact with one another. These theories have revolutionized our understanding of the universe and have been confirmed through various experiments and observations.

this one i know by heart... hediscovered the theory of realitivity and the mass energy equivalence like e=mc2
You can be called a scientist when you have a formal education and training in a scientific field, actively conduct research or experiments, publish your findings in scientific journals, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in your field. Being recognized by your peers and the scientific community as a professional scientist is also a key factor.
No you cannot. It is against the theory of realitivity. Which clearly states that unless you are standing in a black hole, you cannot possibly be standing halfway on a hillside. Also because a hills face won't be the same on both sides or view of the hill itself. Some might suggest that it all depends on perspective eg the glass is half full/half empty. I'm sorry to say but this does NOT apply to a hill because a hill doesn't have any cross sections or axis' of symmetry. Therefore no you cannot be halfway up a hill. At any place, or time.
