Gravity is the force that holds our Solar System together. It allows planets and moons to keep their elliptical orbits around the Sun. Even though humans have explored only a small portion of space, we know that our Solar System orbits the center of the much larger Milky Way galaxy. Without gravity, our Solar System would not be able to maintain this orbit.
Gravity and friction
Gravity Electro-magnetic force Direct impact or contact
This is due to Newtons first law. Because their is no gravity the object will move in a straight line unless a outside force is applied to it. Such as the gravity of a near by planet/object.
Science is primarily concerned with the natural world and relies on empirical observation, experimentation, and repeatability. It is limited in its ability to address questions of morality, ethics, and subjective experiences, which fall outside the realm of empirical measurement. Additionally, scientific knowledge is provisional, subject to change with new evidence, which means it cannot provide absolute truths. Ultimately, science does not encompass questions of meaning or purpose that are often explored through philosophy and the humanities.
Scientists usually work inside but sometimes the do work outside to conduct experiments.
There certainly is gravity outside the atmosphere. For example, it is gravity that keeps the Moon in orbit around the Earth, and the Earth in orbit around the Sun.
As of now, there is no definitive evidence of life outside of Earth's atmosphere. Scientists continue to search for signs of life in places like Mars, Europa, and Enceladus, but no concrete proof has been discovered yet.
of course no
Based on purely statistical arguments, many scientists hold the opinionthat there is a high probability of life outside of earth. But no evidence of it has been observed yet.
They are gas planets
If there is indeed anything "outside of the Universe", science has no knowledge about it.
Scientists try to find out more about the natural world. They regard questions about the existence or otherwise of souls as outside their field. Others may interpret scientific knowledge as helping to define whether souls exists, but that is not the intention. Individual scientists may hold personal beliefs about whether souls exist, but these beliefs are private and not based on scientific evidence.
There is a large debate about whether or not there are microorganisms outside of the Earth. Many scientists believe that there are.
Mars
As of Dec 2010 - we have no evidence that anything lives anywhere outside of Earth. We hope this may change, but until evidence is detected, the answer is the same - nothing.
If the center of gravity for a forklift moves outside of the stability triangle, it can cause the forklift to tip over. The stability triangle is the area formed by the front wheels and the center of the rear axle, and having the center of gravity outside of this area can lead to instability and potential accidents. Safe operation of a forklift requires keeping the center of gravity within the stability triangle.
The center of gravity of an object is one factor in determining the stability of the object. The lower the center of gravity, the more stable the object. Other factors must be used for the prediction such as the shape of the base and overall structure.
