The type of sound waves usually felt rather than heard are those with frequencies of less than 20 Hz.
infrasonic
felt is from animal so it is sythetic
darkness or emptiness?
Concrete nouns are words for things that can be experienced by one or more of the five physical senses; they can be seen, heard, smelled, tasted or touched. Example concrete nouns:applebabycolddooreggfencegoathouseicejadeAbstract nouns are things that can't be experienced by any of the physical senses; they can't be seen, heard, smelled, tasted, or touched; they are things that can only be known, understood, learned, believed, or felt emotionally. Sound can travel through both air (airborne sound) and solid materials (structure-borne sound). Structure-borne sound can be directly imparted to the building structure by a vibration, such as a humming compressor, or by direct impact, such as a boot stepping on a hardwood floor. As sound energy travels through a building, it changes from one type of transmission to the other and back, losing energy in each transition. Because of its rigidity, wood framing is a very good transmitter of low-frequency sound and hollow wall cavities and thin doors do little to reduce sound transmission.
With your ears. The faster the vibration, the higher the frequency. A low frequency vibration will be felt more than heard.
The sound of the approaching footsteps filled her with terror.
Tremor will be felt first because both the shock (tremor) in the ground and the sound behave as waves -- the tremor is essentially a sound wave in the ground. The tremor will be felt first because the ground is more dense than the air, and the speed of sound increases directly in relationship to increases (although I don't know the specific mathematical relationship) in the density of the material through which it is traveling.
The lowest frequency is 10 Hz. A human can hear frequencies from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Some frequencies can be felt rather than heard.
The pitch of a sound is determined by listening to it. Those with what is called perfect pitch can usually tell what the pitch of a given sound is. The rest of us can use simple electronic equipment that can "read" the frequency of a given waveform.Recall that the mechanical energy we call sound has a pair of basic properties, those being frequency and amplitude. Many different electronic equipments (like an oscilloscope, for one) can be connected to a microphone to determine the pitch of a sound under investigation.
Sound is something that cannot be seen, touched, or felt but can be heard. It is a result of vibrations transmitted through a medium, such as air or water, that are then detected by our ears. Sound waves travel through the air and cause our eardrums to vibrate, allowing us to perceive sound.

Fusible felt is usually thinner than most interlining materials. When you iron the outside fabric on the fusible felt it literally fuses together. Do NOT iron the fusible felt directly, it will melt. Interlining is usually loose between stitching whereas if you iron both the top and bottom outer linings with the fusible felt in the inside both outer linings will become attached. Side note: I am no expert I may be mistaken with the information I've provided. Mostly, I answered the question on intuition. I myself just heard of fusible felt yesterday. :D
Vibrations are sound which may be heard though an animal's ears. Vibrations may also be felt through the sense of touch. Heat is also a vibration and this can be sensed by heat sensors.
My farts.
you CAN feel sound, hearing things IS feeling sound, in fact, if you have ever had a deep strong bass that you can feel in your chest, you have felt sound.
