Einsteinium was first identified in December 1952 by Albert Ghiorso and co-workers at the University of California, Berkeley in collaboration with the Argonne and Los Alamos National Laboratories, in the fallout from the Ivy Mike nuclear test. The test was carried out on November 1, 1952 at Enewetak Atoll in the Pacific Ocean and was the first successful test of a hydrogen bomb.
Birtish scientist, Robert hooke discoverd first non-living cell in 1665. After some years a dutch naturalist Antonie van Leeuwenhoek discoverd first living cell. Antonie observed tiny small organisms from pond water under his microscope and called them as "animalcules". His word came to us as "cell".
its important to scientist as the innovation is a newly discoverd reaction
The elements are Curium (Cm), Mendelevium, Einsteinium...That's all I know..
Elements in the periodic table named after people include:Curium (Marie and Pierre Curie)Einsteinium (Albert Einstein)Fermium (Enrico Fermi)Mendelevium (Dmitri Mendeleev)Nobelium (Alfred Nobel)Lawrencium (Ernest Lawrence)Rutherfordium (Ernst Rutherford)Seaborgium (Glenn Seaborg)Bohrium (Niels Bohr)Promethium (Promethius, Greek mythology)There are likely to be others, such as Holmium or Roentgenium.
There's ecology, entomology, and endocrinology for a few. I think 'experiment' is good. Ummm... i think he was looking for the word empirical i know I was. that's how i found this page. good site.
