Discovered by James Maxwell James Maxwell came up with a book about his findings in 1856. Maxwell is most noted for his equations, known as Maxwell's equations. His equations were incorrect although he made several attempts to come up with the correct equations. Maxwell was the first to come up with electromagnetism, and Albert Einstein took onto the idea. Maxwell's findings about elctromagnetism laid the groundwork for some of Einstein's ideas and the ground work for Quantum Mechanics as well.
Max Planck first proposed the idea of Quantum Theory in 1900.
However, numerous physicist thought of this idea, one of the first, was Dirac in 1927
Quantum electrodynamics went beyond the work of Dirac, doing so in order to explain discrepencies between theory and experiment in hydrogen spectral line shifts. Inspired by an insight from Hans Bethe, Sin-Itiro Tomonaga, Julian Schwinger, Richard Feynman, and Freeman Dyson eventually developed a theory that resolved the discrepency. Tomonaga, Schwinger, and Feynman shared a Nobel Prize in Physics for their work in this area.
prolly hard to find one excact person, but your maybe looking for Nicola Tesla, Thomas Edison or most likely James Clerk Maxwell?
max well
the first thing discovered was life and all it's creations

The first caveman, who discovered how to knap a sliver of flint from a lump of flint, and produce a hand-held cutting tool, was probably the first example of using technology.
The Ampere is named after André-Marie Amprére, one of the main discoverers of electromagnetism. Note: The ampere was not "discovered" per se. It is a unit of measure for electric current, and electric current was know to exist well before it was qualified (defined) and quantified (measured).
I know I'm like 10 years late but the first country to be discovered is believed to be san Marino, which is also one of the worlds smallest country.
Electromagnetism was discovered, per se, by James Clark Maxwell. He was the first to say that positive and negative charges were regulated by one force.
Hans Christian Ørsted discovered the relationship of electric current to magnetism.
faraday faraday
William Sturgeon was the first inventor to create electromagnets. He was an English inventor who lived from 1783 to 1850 CE.
Michael Faraday did not invent or discover electromagnetism. After Hans Christian Oersted discovered it he simply studied it more.
Hans Christian Oersted (1777-1851) of Denmark discovered electromagnetism in 1819.
Hans Oersted discovered Electro- Magnetic Induction in 1820
James Clerk Maxwell set up the equations describing electromagnetism in about 1865.
electrical currents are a source of magnetic fields
Michael Faraday discovered the laws of electromagnetism in 1831.
Electromagnetism was discovered in 1911 and it led to the mag-lev trains. These trains made rail travel much faster and used less energy.
what has our understanding of electromagnetism led to?
