Louis Pasteur is the father of pasteurisation. This is a method used in the dairy industry to produce fresh milk with a shelflife of +/- 7 - 14 days.
Pasteurisation involves heating a liquid to a set temperature for a set time. In most dairies these days a High Temperature, Short Time (HTST) pasteurisation process is used. This is 72°C for 15 seconds.
Through this process the spoilage organisms and pathogens that are in the milk are destroyed. This makes the milk safe for consumption and also increases the shelf life.
The hypothesis would have to be phrased in such a way as to allow for experimenting, but yes.

If the personal opinion of a scientist affects the way that the experimental results are reported, that is called bias.

In fact, it was not discovered, it was made that way. Robert Oppenheimer was named head scientist of the team that made the first nuclear bombs.
Edward Jenner (1745)-(1823) he was an English doctor who discovered a way of preventing the smallpox and in doing so, developed the start of vaccination...
Well... using milk would be a scientifc breakthrough, but not a single scientist has find a way to use milf as a fuel. So therefore, the only way for milk being use as a fuel is in the future. The reason why scientist migh have to try it is when the earth is completely out of oils which would happen sometime in the future. email:jasonmassey2011_4@hotmail.com
Louis Pasteur, a french chemist who discovered the cause of fermentation in alcohol/milk. Pasteurisation was basically the way that Louis Pasteur discovered in order to kill the microorganisms that caused fermentation.

J.J. Thomson is credited with discovering electrons in 1897 through his cathode ray tube experiments. Thomson's work paved the way for the understanding of atomic structure and the development of the atomic model.
It is now made by a pharmacological company. The way it was discovered: A farmer's pregnant cows were losing their pregnancies which was costing him. He called in a scientist and discovered they were eating a clover that caused thinning of the blood causing the cows to lose their calves. The substance was named Coumadin.
… They experimented more.
