Do you mean 'reached the concept of absolute zero'? I ask this because I was always told that you cannot reach absolute zero, because absolute zero is the the lowest temperature in the universe. It is like trying to go faster than the speed of light. It hasn't been reached, yet.

When and what are some of the major points on the Kelvin scale?

On the Kelvin scale, 0 is absolute zero, which is the theoretical temperature at which all atomic motion stops. This is not a possible temperature to reach, not even in deep space. There is no "below zero" on the Kelvin scale. Water melts at 273 Kelvin, and boils at 373 Kelvin.

Radium-226 is a common isotope on earth but has a half-life of about 1600 years. why is there any radium at all?

. This is because it keeps getting halved, and something that keep getting cut in half will never reach zero.

Why there is need of second condition of equilibrium if a body satisfies first condition for equilibrium?

Consider two equal and opposite forces acting along different lines of the body, which causes the body to rotate, although first condition is fulfilled but body is still moving. Thus, we need another condition for equilibrium that is the second condition of equilibrium.

Is it possible that a particle has zero velocity but still have a acceleration?

If the velocity equals zero, the acceleration is also zero because the velocity hasn't changed, thus, the particle isn't accelerating anywhere. This is not exactly true; at an instant in time the acceleration can be non-zero while the velocity is zero. However, this would change the velocity to non-zero after any amount of time. An example of this is when you throw a ball into the air: at it's highest point, the velocity is zero (it changes from going upward to going downward, passing through zero for an instant). However the acceleration is downward the entire time.
