im guessing because of the hot water melting away the plastic layer that keeps the paint in... i really am not 100% sure
Yes, rubber is waterproof, which is why early rain gear was cloth that was coated with rubber. It dries out and cracks over time.
Rubber ducks float because:They are made from a lightweight substance meaning upthrust from the water can counter-balance the downward force from the duck's weight.Their bottom has a large flat surface area, meaning the upthrust has a larger area to push against. They are filled with air, which is lighter and less dense than water, so it will naturally push upwards in water (think of when you blow bubbles underwater-the bubbles float upwards)Hope I helped :)
Until it cracks, freezes, and breaks, yes, pure rubber is water-tight.
Water and rubber
In acid solution, blue colour of litmus is changed into red. In basic sol litmus change to blue.
Rubber ducks are full of air, so are buoyant on water.

salt water
Nope. They cant drown as they're heavy. If a light object such as a pin is put into water it drowns because its light. However, rubber ducks dont because they have more weight. Hope this helped :)
The Green & Yellow Swimming Ducks Were A Free Item During The Water Party Of 2006. The Party Is Over, Making The Swimmimg Ducks No Longer Obtainable.Edit[by FIRERED10]: The Rubber Ducks were a free item in the water party, true. But recently, they made a blue rubber ducky which is NOT obtainable EITHER. It was in a catalog of 2010, a few months ago from now. :3
i have no idea but they eat from under water and use their feet to swim
There is no colour change
leaves change their colour when there is a shortage of water in them and when the quantity of chlorophyll is decreased by shortage of water.
