The worth of a country is typically measured by its gross domestic product (GDP), which represents the total value of goods and services produced in a country in a year. Other factors that can contribute to a country's worth include natural resources, infrastructure, and human capital. Ultimately, a country's worth is subjective and can vary depending on the criteria used for evaluation.

Empress Maria Theresa had 16 children of who Marie Antoinette was the 15th. Maria Theresa was not a tender loving mother, but a hard working Empress. In that day, it was out of the question that a woman reigned a country, but Maria Theresa was the only surviving child of her parents (the former Emperor and empress of Austria's and decided to reign, even though her husband should have. She was tough to the bone. She was a very strict woman who saw her children (daughters) as political pawns and married them off one by one to important royal families abroad. She did never hug or kiss her children, and the care of them was done by governesses. She also did not see them very frequently because her work wouldn't leave her much time for that. When married off, she did keep in touch with her daughters regularly by writing letters and kept being informed about them via their mentors. Marie Antoinette once admitted that she feared her mother more than she had loved her.

Without humanitarian aid, many people who are in trouble because of wars, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, famines, or any other large scale disaster, would be on their own, and might not survive, or even if they did survive, would do so with great difficulty. Humanitarian aid alleviates much suffering in the world.
Maria Theresa was married to the Emperor of Austria, Francis I. She was a very strong woman with a good sense of how to reign a country, but because she was female, she could not inherit the thrown from her father. Austria did not allow woman on the thrown. She did in fact inherit the title for her husband, so he became emperor so officially she was called Emperor's wife instead of Empress, though, Francis I never cared much for politics and wasn't even half as strong and vigorous as his wife, so she reigned, eventhough Austria refused to admit they were reigned by a woman. She was also the mother of Marie Antoinette.
It has to be done before the move. Once out of the country, he's pretty much screwed as only one country honors foreign custody awards for fathers, Cuba. see link
