Wanlockhead Inn at Wanlockhead, Scotland's highest village.

But now that 'Bing' gives us Ordnance Survey maps we can see that The Allargue Arms at CockBridge is somewhere between the 410 & 420m contours
while the Wanlockhead Inn is between the 400 & 410m contours.
I think the older pub which closed a few years ago was higher.

The village seems to promote itself as being at 1531ft(466m) but it is the Glengonnar Station at the top of the pass which is at that height. Most of the village is at 1310-1380ft(400-420m).

The highest pub in Scotland is the Mountain Bothies Association's "The Tarmachan" bothy, located near Loch Tay at an elevation of around 1,200 meters (3,937 feet) above sea level. This remote bothy offers basic shelter for hikers and climbers exploring the Scottish Highlands.
