Almost every state has something to offer Plains States are most noted for grains, corn and soybeans. Washington and Michigan have great apples. God blessed Idaho with my favorite potatoes . The Coachella Valley in California is often called America's Salad Bowl , and Northern/Central San Joaquin Valley of California has grapes, plums , wine, prunes, raisins, cotton, rice, nut trees, peaches, nectarines, onions, lettuce, corn, wheat, figs, blueberries, blackberries, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, limes, apples, potatoes, soy beans.
Oregon has blueberries as it's specialty and is also a growing wine state. New Jersey is the Garden State, and has a variety of fruits and vegetables. And of course our Southern states give us luscious peaches[Georgia} and Florida is famous for citrus fruits, and even Texas has the best ruby red grapefruit.Hawaii gives us pineapples and an amazing variety of bananas. Our country is blessed from border to border and sea to shining sea. Let us be thankful for the abundance of each and every state.
