What helps the look of wrinkles?

Wrinkles are produced due to reduction in the elasticity of the skin and also due to reduction in the subcutaneous fat. This is partly helped by regular massage of the skin with sesame oil. The wrinkles are also reduced to some extent by pranayam. But apart from plastic surgery which has its own pros and cons there is no miraculous remedy to change the look of wrinkles. It is better if the person welcomes the unavoidable aging and wrinkles in a joyous manner [as a matter of by product of growth of maturity and wisdom] and emanates self esteem rather than misery, which could transform one's look as such and also that of the wrinkles.

What are antiaging measures?

The concept of antiaging actually constitutes the concept of healthy aging. Because aging can not be prevented. However, the debility, dependence, disease and dejection are frightening especially to a person like me bordering the 40s, 50s and 60s. Hence the measures taken to achieve healthy aging are aimed at a] being fairly fit in terms of stamina, flexibilty, power, balance, co-ordination, physical form and functions and speed. b] being independent c] being free of any gross disease d] being fairly actiive so as to be useful to the society In my view mere engagement in hobbies or habbits do not give the strength, stability, buoyance and benvolence. This approach makes you a seeker and meekindividual. It makes you selfish and dependent. Hence I find the following measures quite useful. 1. The most important measure is NAMASMARAN i.e. remembering the name of God, i.e. remembering my true self. This helps me get oriented to myself and not get dragged by deceptive temptations. It also helps me live alone without feeling lonely. 2. Taking bath regularly preferably twice a day 3. Eating green leafy vegetables and sprouted beans 5. Driinking cow milk with halad [turmeric] and sunth [dried ginger] 6. I concede without grumbling, that the people are involved in their interests. So I do not expect gestures of love. In stead I try to justify my aims and objectives of life. This keeps me connected with God or myself and also with the hearts and souls of the others. 7. I try to practice Pranayam and some yogic exercise. 8. I try to accept every moent and every situation with reverence or focus on the root of that moment and situation viz. the name of God. This is not easy but I try it. 9. This has helped realize that my body, my relations and my possestions are bound to end but the core of all these i.e. me is not going to die. 10 This gives me the enthusiasm to keep writing in tune with my soul without any returns!

What can you suggest as food supplement for 79 year old male with cll who has no appetite?

buddy, this is an excelent tip for you : Get a medical prescription from you doctor, or simply ask for your pharmacist to tell you about these medicines : (Cobamamide, 1 mg,(This is the main medicine for you, take 2 mg after breakfast.) together with B complex, one tablet a day, not concentrated, 80 mg of vitamin C, 20 mg of vitamin E, and 5000 IU of vitamin A per day, after the main meal of the day. Before breakfast take a spoonful of red wine, if necessary diluate it in the same amount of water. As food supplement I advice you to eat beetroot juice, strain it and drink at morning. Oat bran, soy, sesame, and flaxseed can be added to the beetroot juice. Drink it slowly during one hour at morning. Peel (skin) of bananas is a good source of potassium, and you must liquidize, use a strainer afterwards, two or three peels of bananas at the afternoon, strain it, use a few sugar, or sweetner, and drink a glass, slowly. In time : I paid no attention to your health condition, the cll. Then, you must ask for a nurse or pharmacist's help about those medicines above before taking them.
