Hey!!!! Ummm this might not be the best answer but, A Hurricane, Cyclone or Typhoon (they are all the same thing, just different names) are a very very powerful and strong storm. Where as a light breeze is not... A Hurricane could lift you of your feet while a light breeze cannot. As i said not the best answer but i ! =]
