You cant start a sentence with and because when you are writing/typing you use and for adding something. If you start a sentence with And then it wouldn't sound right, and wouldn't be right.

Example 1.) I like Pizza. And i like ice cream.

Example 2.) I love to run. And i love to do the splits!

See it just doesn't sound right!

Is Because you like movies you see them often a complete sentence?

'Because you like movies, you see them often' is sort of a complete sentence. Some English teachers will tell you that you cannot start a sentence with Because, while others tell you that you can, but it depends on the situation. If it is for a letter or formal essay, or something of the like, you should not start your sentence with because. If it is for an unformal occasion, then you can use because.

Using the word "then" at the beginning of a sentence is not incorrect. However, it does not make a sentence complete. A complete sentence must have, at a minimum, a subject and a verb. "Then" is neither of those.
