From the point of view of state's failure to provide employment, it is justified that the state should provide unemployment allowance to an unemployed till he/she gets employment of his/her worth. On the contrary, this sort of allowance makes one idle and he/she should hardly search any job and will have a tendency to survive on state's gratis.
