Yes! You must re-open an existing claim if you are unemployed again OR trying to file for the EUC program after you fully collected your original 26 weeks and this all happened within 18 months of your last check! I just did it and will start to collect (interstate claim) in a couple weeks for another 20 weeks (plus 7 more at the end if needed). Good luck...
