No, Ohio no longer has any valid licenses for the sale of raw (unpasteurized) milk. However, it is still legal for the owner of a cow to drink the milk produced from his cow without first pasteurizing it. This has been used to "get around" the licensing laws - people who wish to obtain raw milk buy a 'share' of a milk cow and then receive a 'share' of the milk that cow produces. This is a gray legal area that has been challenged in multiple courts around the country; some courts have upheld the 'cow-share' arrangements while other courts have said that this amounts to selling raw milk and ruled it illegal.
Raw milk can, and often does, carry a number of very dangerous bacteria - Mycobacterium bovis (which causes TB in humans), Brucellosis (which causes undulant fever in humans), Salmonella, E. coli including E. coli O157:H7, Listeria, Camplyobacter, etc. Milk was first pasteurized to control the spread of TB in humans - the pasteurization process kills the bacteria and makes the milk safer. Prior to pasteurization, it is estimated that one in four food-borne outbreaks were linked to the consumption of milk.
you cannot sell raw milk unless you mean powdered milk.
yes <><><><> Raw milk is whole milk that has not been pasteurized. Due to possible disease transmission, it is illegal to sell it for consumer use in most places. It has more fat than reduced fat milk.
This is a question for your Health Department. The liability is HORRENDOUS
The Container Store in Cincinnati, Ohio sells genuine milk crates. I do not know of any local stores in Cincinnati that sell them wholesale. There are also online companies that will sell them in bulk, such as Melmat.com.
Yes, if it has soured. Fresh raw milk does not smell sour. Soured raw milk is fine to use though.

unpasterized milk, or straight from the cow.
milk which is not boiled.....
Well, raw milk is 95% water, so the answer should very well be yes.
You can do lots of things as long as you take responsibility for what you are doing. Buying raw milk means that you have to know the source.....if the cows are very clean, free of infection and that they have had their utters cleaned very carefully before milking. Raw means that the milk has not been pasturized, so that any bacteria in the milk, you will be ingesting. Ever heard of E. Coli? Potentially deadly stuff. So it all depends on your source and how much you trust them. If you question is, "Will I be arrested for buying raw milk, like what happened in California recently when the policed came with guns to shut down a raw milk store (I'm not kidding!)?" Probably nothing to worry about in Panama. They have bigger criminals to catch.
