If you want the diapers for yourself and you can't go alone you can try bringing a backpack and when you are out of the store you say you forgot to buy w/e (make something up) and go back in. Put it in the backpack. Or tell your parents you will wait in the car because you feel sick or something and buy them on the way out.
And if you truly NEED them and not just like wearing them, you really need to tell your parents. There might be something physically wrong with you that needs to be checked and cured.

This is not weird at all. im 14 and i have been wearing diapers since i was 12. i started as you did, putting it on over my underwear. Then one day when i was in the car on the way home from the grocery store, i thought to my self, today ill put it on without the underwear. and i did, my mother still doesnt know :) So, its not weird at all. If you like wearing diapers you should. p.s. try it with out the underwear sometime, you may love it!
