If you've got a copy of a double eagle it is unlikely to be worth more than a few cents, unless you've got a coin made out of gold or gold-plated silver. However, the vast majority of copy coins are simply gold plated copper or nickel and worthless.

Any jewellery store should be able to take a file to your coin and use acid to see if it is made out of real gold or just gold plated. Since your coin is a replica it has absolutely no collector value and any value it has is based on the metal it is made out of.
