What is the difference between desertion of a spouse and abandonment of a spouse
Definition1/15
There is for the most part no difference in the terms. Although
how either is defined is determined by the laws of the state where
the couple resided at the time the act occurred. Desertion or
abandonment is not simply defined as a spouse living the marital
residence. It is defined by the circumstances in which the absentee
spouse left and the consequences resulting in the act.

What is a Minority of the Monarch
Definition1/15
The "minority of the monarch" is when the monarch of any given
nation is too young to rule properly, so a regent is chosen to
govern in the name and on behalf of the Sovereign until the monarch
comes of age.
Most monarchies have their own systems, but to take the example
of the United Kingdom, the Regency Acts ensure that there is an
appropriate head-of-state through a Regency on the account of the
minority of the monarch or if the monarch is incapable of
performing royal functions.
In the United Kingdom, I believe the monarch has to be 18 or
older to govern by themselves.
