The later triumvirate comprising Aemilius Lepidus, Octavius Caesar and Marcus Antonius gathered at Antony's house to mark the names of all those supporting the Group of Conspirators, whom they find fit for Black sentence (exile) and proscription (death). Then they went ahead to execute their resolution to revenge Caesar's death.
They began a list of men who would be put to death for treason against Rome.

Cassius and Casca
Brutus argued against killing Antony for two main reasons. First, he thought that if they killed anyone other than Caesar, everyone would view them as bloodthirsty murderers instead of liberators. Second, he did not think that Antony would retaliate against them due to the fact that his power would diminish with Caesar's death.

Octavian and Marc Antony avenged Caesar's death at the battle of Philippi, where they defeated the armies of Brutus and Cassius. Brutus and Cassius both committed suicide after their loss.
A Roman emperor
Julius Caesar was stabbed in the portico of the Theatre of Pompey. He was going there for a meeting of the senate. The senate was temporarily meeting at this theatre because Caesar commissioned the construction of a new and large curia (senate house).
